Tall Women May Have Higher Risk of Cancer

A new study just came out July 20th, that suggest that tall women may have a higher risk of cancer. The study suggest that for every 4 inches of height, your risk of developing cancer rises by 16 percent. The Million Women Study was conducted by the University of Oxford in England. You can read the findings here.

Kiyonna Nautical Plus Size Top

I love Kiyonna's new Ashton twist top! The blue and white stripes scream nautical. I have this top in the purple color and find it figure flattering and long enough for my tall frame. The twist actually appears under my chest - a plus as often it these types of tops cut mid-way across my chest. However, I do add a little safety pin at the top of the cleavage area as I don't like it gapping open. It's not bad, but I feel more secure knowing I'm not giving a peep show.
The longer longer elbow length sleeves hide arm flab. Overall it's a great flattering style!

How to Get More Leg Room on Southwest Airlines

So you've bought your ticket on Southwest airlines. You're doing your final packing for your trip. Suddenly it dawns on you that you don't have a seat assignment. You remember that Southwest Airlines has you stand in line and when you board you can sit where you choose, provided you are first in line. Not having a seat assignment when flying can be a nightmare for tall people.

What a hassle. Or is it? I'm going to give you a cheap trick to use to guarantee you are one of the first in line at the Southwest Airlines boarding area.

For $10 one way, Southwest now offers an EarlyBird check-in. Up to 36 hours prior to your flight, you can check-in online, print your boarding pass and guarantee you'll be at the first of the line.

This means, you will have priority in getting an EXIT row seat. If you are tall, this is the only way to fly!
